| 제목 | The anti-nitric oxide effect of extracts from the Rhus chinensis leaf (붉나무 잎) |
| 초록 | Quercitrin and myricitrin were abstracted by first from the methanol extract of Rhus chinensis. Structures of this two compound were confirmed through Mass spectroscopy and extensive NMR(1H, 13C and 2-D NMR) studies. In murine cells (RAW 246.7 cells), processed by Lipopolysaccharide, theses two natural compound inhibited the creation of NO and PGE2 that would cause overexpression of COX-2 and iNOS. |
