Poly (ether sulfone) nano ion-exchange fibers were prepared by electro spinning and their adsorption properties were investigated. The beads were formed at the low concentration of PES, while the thickness of fiber increased at the high concentration of PES. Fiber’s thickness dependent on tip to collector distance (TCD), voltage and flow rate. Functional group was introduced to PES fibers by sulfonation. Through the FT-IR analysis, we confirmed that -SO3H group was introduced to the fibers. Degree of sulfonation was proportionate to the concentration of chlorosulfonic acid. The degree of sulfonation caused the change of water uptake, ion exchange capacity and its properties were increased slightly. |
