제목 Fabrications of Polymer Nanofibers by Electrospinning Technique and its Application to Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 The electrospinning technology is a simply and low-cost method for making ultra-thin diameter fibers. We prepared poly (vinylidene fluoride hexafluoro propylene) (PVDF-HFP) nanofibers by electrospinning method and applied to the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The FTO/TiO2/Dye/Electrolyte/Pt/FTO devices using the electrospun PVDF-HFP electrolytes with various mole ratios of I2 were prepared to investigate the photovoltaic effect of I2 concentrations. As the increase of the I2 concentration in electrolyte, the ionic conductivity increased, while the photocurrent density of DSSC device using electrospun PVDF-HFP nanofibers decreased. In addition, we examined the uptake, the ionic conductivity, and the porosity of the electrospun PVDF-HFP nanofibers, to investigate the effect of electrolyte in the electrospun PVDF-HFP nanofibers on DSSCs.
