제목 | Study on Response Surface Methodology of Ionic liquid-silica Synthesis Condition |
초록 | To develop the methodology of the surface coverage of ionic liquid -silica, conditions of the synthesis were optimized using the fractional factorial design with 3 variables and 3 levels by a RSM computer program. The variables such as amount of silca (g, X1), volume of silane (mL, X2) and amount of imidizole (g, X3) were investigated. The application of response surface methodology using Box-Behnken design (BBD) technique surface coverage the following regression equation, Y=0.100-0.150X1+0.016X2-0.012X3-0.170X1X2+0.028X1X3-3.410E-003X2X3+0.190X12+0.079X22-0.120X32. The model predicted also agree with the experimentally observed result (R2=99.5%). |
