제목 Semiconductor Nanowires Embedded in Polymer Thin Films
초록 One-dimensional nanostructures have been the subject of intensive researches due to their potential uses as active components or interconnects in fabricating nanoscale electronic or electromechanical devices. Selenium and their chalcogenide compounds have been gaining increased attention due to their high electron mobility and thermoelectric properties. This presentation includes a novel approach to fabricate hybrid thin films consisting of a network of t-Se nanowires and the possible chalcogenide semiconductors embedded in polymer thin films. The t-Se nanowires were generated from a-Se colloids through the diffusion of Se in polymer thin films and formed chemically linked networks. The density, shape, and thickness of the t-Se nanowires were controllable to tune the electrical properties of the hybrid thin films.
