제목 Modification of indium tin oxide electrode for high performance organic photovoltaics
초록 The power conversion efficiency(PCE) and stability of organic photovoltaics(OPVs) can be enhanced by modifying indium tin oxide(ITO) electrode. Self-assembled monolayer(SAM) which has electronegative and hydrophobic group was introduced on surface of ITO. The devices were fabricated on SAM-modified ITO with high work function. To compare performance of devices, we fabricated device without a conventional buffer layer (PEDOT:PSS). As a result, the PCE and stability of our device with modified ITO electrode were enhanced than conventional device.
