제목 Effect of block copolymer surfactant on dispersion stability ofZAO/acrylic copolymer nanocomposites
초록 The dispersing agent was used to minimize the aggregation of zinc aluminum oxide (ZAO) and to improve the dispersion stability.Acrylic copolymers were synthesized by solution polymerization of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate with AIBN as an initiator. The nanocomposites were prepared with various contents of difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. All nanocomposites showed the high transmittance in the visible wavelength range due to the finely dispersed ZAO nano powders as well as the low transmittance in the UV wavelength range due to the effective absorption by ZAO nano powders.
