Recently organic solar cells (OSCs) are received considerable attention due to their potential for low cost production and flexible and non-flat device applications. Organic materials, especially polymers, have been used in organic electronics via low-cost solution processes such as spin coating, inkjet printing and screen printing. Although spin coating has been the most widely used for the fabrication of efficient OSCs, this process can not be used in large area devices or on flexible substrates with a high throughput roll-to-roll process. Here, we report on a brush painting, which are widely used for painting in commercial production and is one of the cheapest processes, for the fabrication of efficient and flexible solar cells. In addition, to solve several problems, which limit continuous production process of polymer solar cells based on roll-to-roll system, fabrication of solar cells via all solution process using a highly conducting polymer materials and metal ink. |
