Preparation of intelligent drug nanoparticles by comminution and crosslinking |
초록 |
Stable drug nanoparticles can be conveniently prepared by comminution in the presence of polymeric stabilizers. In this study, the comminution method was further developed to prepare polymeric empty cages and surface modified drug nanocrystals. Drug nanoparticles were first prepared to have chitosan chains on their surface. Then, the absorbed chitosan was crosslinked by ionic gelation with tripolyphosphate anions (TPP). Empty cages were prepared by removing drug nanocrystal cores within the crosslinked chitosan. Empty cages can be loaded with different materials. In another approach, folic acid as a ligand for targeting cell membrane was conjugated with chitosan. |
