Correlation between host composition and white color performances of phosphorescent white organic light-emitting diodes by blue-red-blue emitting structure |
| 초록 |
Blue-red-blue stacked emission layers structure was introduced to study controllable and stable white color of phosphorescent white organic light-emitting diodes(PHWOLEDs). Red emission layer was composed with 4,4',4''-tris(N-carbazolyl)triphenylamine (TCTA) and 1,3,5-tris(N-phenylbenzimidazole-2-yl)benzene(TPBI). PHWOLEDs can control the color coordinates varying from (0.33, 0.34) to (0.41, 0.35) according to the host composition. PHWOLED with TCTA only host in red emission layer showed stable white color of (0.32, 0.34) from 100 cd/m2 to 10,000 cd/m2 . |
