To achieve simultaneously both optical transparency and electrical conductivity, we applied porous network structures using 1D nanowires/nanotubes. We performed the fabrication of a single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT)/silver fibers-based transparent conductive film using the silver nanofibers produced by electrospinning method. Additional depositing SWNT/poly-(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) layers on electrospun silver fibers decreases remarkably high surface resistance (>3000 kΩ/sq) of films of only electrospun silver fibers. Also, electro-spun Pt nanofiber web plays a role of an efficient electrocatalytic layer for the reduction of iodide in the electrolyte as well as the transparent electrode in dye-sensitized solar cells. DSSC made of it shows the stable photoelectric conversion efficiency comparable to that of the conventional DSSC. |
