제목 Preparation and characterizations of High density polyethylene(HDPE)/Magnesium hydroxide(MH)/Montmorillonite(MMT) compounds
초록 The synergistic effects of Montmorillonite(MMT) with magnesium hydroxide(MH) in halogen-free flame retardant High density polyethylene(HDPE)/MH/MMT nanocomposites having a various compositions were prepared by a melt blending technique with an internal mixer and properties namely flammability, morpology, mechanical, rheological and thermal properties were investigated. The nanocomposites were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), limiting oxygen index(LOI), UL-94 test and tensile testing.
