제목 Morphology control of ZnO nanorods with surfactant and H2O2 by hydrothermal method
초록 In this study, ZnO nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 120 ℃ with the addition of surfactant (sodium dodecyl sulfate). Even though ZnO nanorods could be prepared, the formation of ZnO nanoplates was also observed. For the transition from nanoplates to nanorods, H2O2 was used and then only ZnO nanorods were obtained. The aspect ratio of ZnO nanorods was controlled by changing reaction time, cool down time, and so on. ZnO nanostructures were characterized by FE-SEM, HR-TEM, and XRD.
