제목 | Alginate lyase-catalyzed saccharification of brown seaweed for production of biopolymer |
초록 | Abstract Alginate is one of the main polysaccharides in brown seaweed (1-3). In order to use alginate as renewable bioresource for the production of biopolymer, saccharification of alginate was conducted using various endolytic and exolytic alginate lyase as the biocatalyst. The monomeric uronate was used for the production of biopolymer using recombinant Escherichia coli.
