제목 Thermal and mechanical properties of graphene nanoplatelets hybrid seaweed/polypropylene biocomposites
초록 The natural fiber reinforced poly(propylene) (PP) composites have been used as automobile interior part and building materials. These natural fiber/PP composites have excellent thermal and mechanical properties because of reinforcement effect of cellulosic component in natural fiber. The seaweed (SW) residue derived from bioenergy production processing included a lot of cellulosic components. The mechanical and thermomechanical properties of SW/PP composites were improved 20wt% and 50wt% of SW, respectively. The Graphene Nanoplatelets (xGnp) have high surface area, excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. In this study, we investigated the effect of xGnp addition on the thermal and mechanical properties of nano hybrid SW/PP biocomposites.
