The use of block copolymer thin films as self nanopatterned polymeric substrates has become popular as an economical nanofabrication technique, with new applications and techniques constantly being developed. There is a growing interest in the use of gold nanoparticles modified with biomolecules for the rational design of nanostructured functional materials and their use in electronic, optical, and biosensor applications. This study investigated the interactions between gold nanoparticles protected by polymeric electrolytes and the nanopatterened surfaces of poly (styrene-b-ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO). |
