Evaluation Performance of Graphite Sheets as Current Collectors for Lead-carbon battery |

Pb/C battery was evaluated as promising candidate for high energy density and capacity of secondary batteries. Graphite sheet is electrochemically stable current collector. In this study, We prepared the stacked graphite sheet as current collector instead of Pb grid used conventional Pb/C battery current collector. Higher conductivity properties of Graphite sheet was carried out high acceptance energy than Lead-carbon battery. Additionally, Graphite sheet Pb/C battery showed higher discharging capacity at high rate discharge current than Pb substrate battery. The SEM micrograph of electrode before/after reveals that the surface of the electrode is unchanged after the cycle performance. It can be used for the long cell running performance. Additionally, the crystallinity of the graphite sheet was investigated by XRD and Raman. |
