Photopatterning of Silver Nanowire using Conductive Poly(dimethylsiloxane) Materials with Enhanced the Oxidation Resistance |

Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) have been widely used in a variety of academic and industrial applications, owing to their unique physical and chemical properties. We tried to PDMS coating on the top of the silver nanowire (AgNW) surface by using benzophenone as a photoinitiator whereas AgNW act as conductive filler. The photodefinable conductive PDMS coating AgNW pattern can function as a negative phtoresist or a positive photoresist with a curing agent. This simple photopatterning process can help to improved mechanical as well as thermal properties. |
