제목 Electrical properties of modified single-wall carbon nanotube/poly dimethlysiloxane) multi layer composite
초록 Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) was modified with silicone oil and decorated with silver nanoparticles by solution processing. The pristine SWNTs was oxidized as COOH-SWNTs. Oxidized SWNTs was converted for the acyl chloride functionalized SWNTs (COCl-SWNTs) using thionyl chloride. COCl-SWNTs were subsequently reacted with silicone oil (Si-SWNTs). Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA) was used to observe the change between COCl- SWNTs and Si-SWNTs. The changed Si-SWNTs were decorated with silver nanoparticles and were observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM). Multi layer thin film was prepared with Si-SWNTs and Si-MWNTs. Electrical property was measured dielectric analyzer (DEA) and improved with multi layer thin film. Silicone/Si-SWNTs and Si-MWNTs multi layer thin films are shown higher electrical properties than Silicone/Si-MWNTs single layer thin films.
