Anatase Ti-Li crystal colloidal solution was prepared by using sol-gel method and solvothermal process. It is transparent with color less (without solvothermal) and light blue color (with solvothermal), and has good dispersion stability. The size of particles are very small (under 5 nm) and have uniform scale. Properties of these colloidal solution characterized by (transmission electron microscope) TEM, X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS). |
