제목 Glucose oxidase immobilization capability and sensitivity of biosensor electrode by addition of graphene oxide
초록 In order to improve both the glucose oxidase (GOD) immobilization capability and sensitivity of biosensor electrode, the MWCNTs-based electrode was prepared by adding different quantities of graphene oxide (GO). The concentration of immobilized GOD was enhanced up to 783 ppm and the sensitivity was improved up to 121 µA mM-1 when 0.05 g GO was added to 0.05 g MWCNTs. This improvement was attributed to the dispersion stability for MWCNTs, hydrophilicity, and surface free energy of electrode surface increased due to addition of GO.
