제목 Deposition and Characterization of PEDOT Film on Plasma Modified PET Surface
초록 Flexible, transparent and conductive polymer film has been extensively used in industries such as eletrochromics, light emitting diodes, solar cell, sensors, and antistatic coating. In this work, we have fabricated poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) film in nanometer scale through vapor-phase oxidative polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(EDOT) monomers on FeCl3-precoated plasma-treated PET. The resulting film showed more than 95% of transparency and the surface resistivity of 105Ω/sq ~ 107Ω/sq. Additionally, the surface roughness and morphology of PEDOT film has also been characterized by various analytical techniques such as AFM, SEM and optical microscope.
