제목 Application of a Silica-based Imidazolium Stationary Phase for High-performance Liquid Chromatography
초록 A new stationary phase based on silica modified with imidazolium ionic liquid was synthesized and characterized. The materials have been determined by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). The parameters of the organic solvent, concentration and pH of the eluent on the separation were studied. Some organic anions and neutral compounds have been separated successfully by using this new stationary phase. Multiple retention mechanisms, such as anion-exchange, electrostatic attraction, repulsion interactions, and hydrophobic interaction were investigated.
