Inorganic-organic hybrid perovskite solar cells have recently emerged due to its low cost and efficient photovoltaic properties. The CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite used in study was synthesized through simple solution process. All the prepared samples were characterized by SEM and XRD. The synthesized sample was applied to solid state solar cells as a light absorber. The solar cells were fabricated by blocking TiO2, mesoporous TiO2, perovskite, spiro-OMeTAD as hole transport material and Au as counter elecrode material. Inorganic-orgainc hybrid solar cell using CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite presents efficient photovoltaic properties. |
