제목 Hysteresis-less perovskite hybrid solar cells
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have been of great interest because their unique properties such as high absorption coefficient by direct bandgap, small exciton binding energy by large dielectric constant, convenient bandgap tailoring by compositional combination, and low temperature solution processibility. The perovskite hybrid solar cells can be classified to mesoscopic, planar, and meso-superstructured solar cells and the perovskite thin-films can be formed by one-step or multi-step solution process or multi-source vapour deposition. Although the perovskite hybrid solar cells reveal high device efficiency, they often exhibit significant photocurrent density-voltage (J-V) hysteresis with respect to the scan direction and scan rate. It is still under debating what is the origin of J-V hysteresis in perovskite hybrid solar cells. Here, I would like to discuss how we can reduce the J-V hysteresis in perovskite hybrid solar cells.
