제목 Advanced Barrier of Transparent Polyimide-Graphene Multilayer Thin Films
초록 Flexible and transparent polyimide thin film with advanced barrier properties was fabricated by layer-by-layer assembling of modified poly(amic acid) and graphene oxide. The thin film was thermally transfer to polyimide-graphene thin film with imidization process, promoting to maintain barrier performance under complex environment. These films are good candidates for a protection layer for organic light-emitting device and thin film solar cell incorporating the properties of transparent polyimide and barrier protection. Electron microscopy, Atom force microscopy and small-angle X-ray scattering confirmed the graphene oxide coating over the modified poly(amic acid) surface and a thin ordered nanobrick wall structure.
