제목 Controlled transdermal drug release system triggered by visible light irradiation
초록 In this work, we have prepared the light-triggered drug release system with the visible light responsive hydrogel beads containing photothermal magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs). Light responsive hydrogel beads were prepared with thermo-responsive monomers and aqueous MNPs by the alginate templating method. We found that the volume of hydrogel bead can be controlled by irradiation of the visible light and volume change of the hydrogel beads leads to release of the drug from the hydrogel matrix. Light responsive hydrogel beads were applied on the development of the transdermal drug release patches or the creams.
