Biomass liquefaction to prepare MCC and polyol simultaneously |
| 초록 |
Liquefaction of sawdust(Larix kaempferi) was performed at 135℃(medium temperature) and 105℃(low temperature) under various operating conditions such as 1-5% of acid catalyst(sulfuric acid), 300-500% of solvent/biomass ratio and etc. Two grams of liquefied biomass were taken to be dissolved in aceton and was filtered with 80 mesh to obtain a liquefaction yield (or residue mass) at each liquefying duration(10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 min). MCC was obtained by filtering with Whatman filter-paper(grade 4) and its mass was measured. The simultaneously obtained MCC and polyol were analyzed by FTIR, XRD and etc. In addition, acid and OH values of polyol were evaluated according to ASTM-D4662 및 D-4274. |
