제목 하이니켈 NCM계 양극재의 표면개질과 특성향상 (Surface treatment and performance enhancement of high Ni-based NCM materials)
초록 One of the challenges in developing a high-capacity cathode material for the lithium ion batteries is improving the cycleability and safety. Many efforts have been made to solve these problems and modify cathodes using coatings, dopants, core-shell, and concentration-gradient structures. Among them, single crystal Ni-rich cathode is also appealing alternative to conventional polycrystalline cathode in next generation lithium ion batteries because of high electrochemical performance as well as superior reliability. Herein, high Ni-content NCM materials with low cation mixing and high crystallinity has been synthesized and also we’ll present enhancement of the materials with doping and coating.
