제목 Enhancement of Thermoelectric Properties of Conducting Polymers by Chemical Treatment  
초록 We have enhanced thermoelectric properties of conducting polymers by simple chemical treatment. Thermoelectric performance of polymer films was determined by electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and Seebeck coefficient. Particularly, electrical conductivity of the organic polymers was greatly improved upto 5,000 S/cm by such simple chemical treatment. It has been also found that power factor of the conducting polymers can be effectively tuned in a very wide range depending on types and concentrations of chemical solutions. We expect that these chemically treated organic polymers can be applied to the flexible thermoelectric devices with various device structures by using printing process.
