Regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (rr-P3HT) is one of the most promising conducting polymers for electronic devices, chemical sensors, and photovoltaic cell. The conductivity of rr-P3HT can be adjusted by the addition to non conducting polymers. In this work, we have investigated phase behavior of rr-P3HT and polystyrene (PS) blends by optical microscopy. Interestingly, this blend with lower molecular weights exhibits both upper critical solution temperature (UCST) and lower critical solution temperature (LCST). |
