제목 Supramolecular Sensitizer for Panchromatic Light Harvesting in Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 Light harvesting from the sunlight is crucial for realization of efficient solar cells. Recently, panchromatic light harvesting is realized by introducing energy donor in the electrolyte media which transfer energy via Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) even the amount of energy transfer is limited by the concentration of donor. In this respect, we developed supramolecular sensitizer composed of energy donor and acceptor via convalent bond. Since the FRET efficiency is strongly influenced by the distance from donor to acceptor, the covalent link is able to provide short enough distance for the efficient energy transfer. The comparison of the sensitizer with previous system (donor in electrolyte) clearly showed the enhanced excitaion transfer efficiency with higher solar cell performance.
