제목 Specific nanofabrication via electrospraying: Hollow, cup-like, and doughnut-like morphologies
초록 Morphologies of polymer particles can be practically controlled by the kinetic consideration. Herein, electrospraying technology is used to generate interesting morphologies and narrow size distributions. The solvent volatility significantly affects the determination of particle morphology, i.e. hollow and porous collapsed PMMA particles in the case of solvents of below 80 ℃ (b.p.), cup-like particles between 80 and 130 ℃, high porous particles between 150 and 165 ℃, and smooth surface particles above 170 ℃. When PU was electrosprayed with solvents of below 130 ℃ boiling point, the doughnut-like morphology is generated.
