In this work, the temperature-sensitive drug delivery system was prepared with Pluronic F127/poly(ε-caprolactone) by solvent evaporation method.Morphologies and surface characteristics of the microcapsules were confirmed by SEM and FT-IR, respectively. The drug release behaviorsat different temperatures alsowere examined by UV/Vis spectrometer.As aresult, it wasfound that the microcapsules exhibited various particle sizes in range of 10 to 100m. The drug release were shown in 30 to 45℃ but drug release wasdecreased with increase oftemperature. This phenomenon was attributed to sol-gel transition of the Pluronic F127 hydrogel. |
