제목 Fabrication ofmulti-shell porous TiO2 hollow nanoparticle towards high-efficient anode fordye sensitized solar cells
초록 Multi-shellTiO2 hollow nanoparticles (MS TiO2 HNPs) were fabricatedusing sol-gel reaction and etching process to enhance surface area and lightscattering ability in dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The preparedmulti-shell TiO2 HNPs with a noticeable two inner shell (innermostlydiameter: ca. 50 nm and middle: ca. 100 nm) inside the outer shell (outermostlydiameter: ca. 160 nm) were observed.The inner shells of MS TiO2 HNPs mainly increased the surface area,whereas outer shell and multi shell structure of MS TiO2 HNPsinfluenced on light scattering effect. As a result, power conversion efficiency(PCE) of based DSSCs increased from 8.0%to 9.0% compared with single shell TiO2 HNPs based DSSCs, which isabout 12% enhancement by increased surface area and light scattering effect.
