제목 | Diagnosis ofacute respiratory infection using multi-channel electrochemical sensor |
초록 | Respiratory infection caused by microbes such as viruses andbacteria has been vulnerable to human health. For this reason, there is anunmet need to diagnose viral infection in human samples in prompt andconvenient ways. Point-of-care platform is required to sense low concentrationof biomolecules. In this study, we constructed screen-printed electrodescomposed of 8-channels for multiple screening of viruses infected to human. Thesurface of working electrode was improved for the detection of minute electriccurrent, using Protein A conjugates. The target molecules were total viralextracts or single molecular component of each virus. For example, target ofSARS-CoV-2 infection was diagnosed by N capsid protein. Collected from Eight typesof infection samples were diagnosed by the changes of impedance and C-Vvoltammetry. This result showed that the screen-printed electrode could beoptimized for the multiple detection of viruses from patient samples. |
