제목 | pH-responsive polymeric micelle for cancer drug delivery : amphiphilic diblock copolymer with N-acetyl histidine |
초록 | Micelles have been received attention in drug delivery system, due to their drug loading capacity in the interior site and being able to keep away from RES(reticuloendothelial system). In recent years there is many research about various stimuli-sensitive micelles for adequate drug release in desired region. In this study pH-sensitive polymeric micelle was improved for cancer therapy. Because pH 6.0~7.2 is maintained at exterior environment of tumor cell, micelles must be unstable at pH 6.0~7.2 and stable at pH 7.4. Then drugs are accumulated in tumor cell due to the collapsing of micelle. Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(ε-caprolactone-co-D,L-lactide) diblock copolymer was used for polymeric micelle and N-acetyl histidine was introduced to diblock copolymer. |
