제목 Development of Green Recompound Material for Fan Shroud using waste GMT Bumper Beam
초록 Polymer composite using recycled glass mat thermoplastic(GMT) from bumper back beam were successfully fabricated for Fan shroud. study on the mechanical properties for fan shroud various applications. First, using coupling agent at glass fiber. Second, blending of Homo-polymer and impact-polymer. At last, the effect of GMT size in mechanical properties. Polymer composite using Recycled GMT, Polypropylene and glass fiber were prepared melt mixing method via twin-screw extruder. Polymer composites were fabricated according to the content of Recycled GMT and total content of glass fiber were 30wt.% fixed. The structural and mechanical properties of the Polymer composite were measurement via universal testing machine(UTM), scanning electron microscope(SEM), optical microscopy(OM).
