제목 | Reverse micelle method synthesis of sub 3 nm-sized uniform magnetite nanoparticles |
초록 | We report a novel and facile method for the synthesis of small and uniform magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles. Magnetite nanoparticles were synthesized via a reaction of iron(III)-stearate with hydrazine in reverse micelles composed of oleylamine, F127, xylene, and water at the reaction temperature of 90 °C in air atmosphere. The synthesized 3 nm-sized spherical magnetite nanoparticles exhibited good size uniformity. By controlling the experimental conditions, we could easily control the size and size uniformity of the magnetite nanoparticles. These small and uniform magnetic nanoparticles were analyzed by using Transmission electron microscope(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). |
