제목 |
Surface initiated direct coupling of hole transport layer without any cross-linking agent for improved efficiency and lifetime in solution process devices. |
초록 |
A surface initiated oxidative coupling method was used to form a crosslinked hole transport layer using a carbazole compound. The surface initiated oxidative coupling was able to avoid damage by the organic solvent in the manufacturing process. The surface initiated oxidative coupling method did not use mixed oxidant and hole transport material could be protected from exciton quenching by the oxidizing agent. Therefore, the efficiency of the organic light-emitting diodes could solve the problem of luminous efficiency decrease in the organic light emitting devices. The surface initiated oxidative coupling approach was effective as a method to improve lifetime and efficiency of solution processed organic light-emitting diodes. |
