제목 Synthesis of silicon based host material with high triplet energy for blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes
초록 Silicon based high triplet energy host materials were synthesized for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. Two host materials were developed by coupling diphenylsilane with CN modified carbazole. Two host materials showed HOMO/LUMO as -6.04/-2.47 eV and -6.20/-2.39 eV and high triplet energy over 2.90 eV which is suitable for application as the hosts of deep blue-emitting Ir emitters. The deep blue PHOLEDs using CN modified carbazole based diphenylsilane exhibited high external quantum efficiency over 20% and achieved color coordinate of (0.15, 0.26) and (0.14, 0.23) at 3% doping concentration.
