Synthesis of silicon based host material with high triplet energy for blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes |
초록 |
Silicon based high triplet energy host materials were synthesized for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. Two host materials were developed by coupling diphenylsilane with CN modified carbazole. Two host materials showed HOMO/LUMO as -6.04/-2.47 eV and -6.20/-2.39 eV and high triplet energy over 2.90 eV which is suitable for application as the hosts of deep blue-emitting Ir emitters. The deep blue PHOLEDs using CN modified carbazole based diphenylsilane exhibited high external quantum efficiency over 20% and achieved color coordinate of (0.15, 0.26) and (0.14, 0.23) at 3% doping concentration. |
