Electrospun activated carbon fibers having developed pore structure and optimized pore size for the high ability of gas sensor |
초록 |
Electrospun activated carbon fibers (EACFs) were prepared by using electrospinning and activation process for a gas sensor. In order to increase the sensitivity of gas sensor, the pore size was controlled for improved target gas adsorption with various chemical activation conditions with high specific surface area and total pore volume. The surface morphology of resultant sample was investigated by FE-SEM images and their pore structure was studied by pore structure analyzer using BET and HK equations for measuring the surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution. The work as a gas sensor of resultant product was evaluated by analyzer of gas sensor by measuring their resistivity in various target gas concentration. Conclusively, it was found that the high surface area and controlled pore size works in order to improving the effects of EACFs for a gas sensor. |
