제목 Fine and Homogeneous Coating of Nanosize TiO2 on the Silica Surface by Controlling the Hydrolysis Kinetics of Titanium Alkoxide
초록 The excess exposure on the UV (ultraviolet) ray is one of the critical reasons of the enhancing skin aging, causing skin cancer, etc. Especially, recent destruction of ozonosphere excellerates such problems. To solve these problems, in this study, by controlling the hydrolysis kinetics of titanium alkoxide during sol-gel process, nanosize TiO2 was coated finely and homogeneously on silica surface and silica inside. Particle size of TiO2, it’s size was about 5 ~ 10 nm, was measured by TEM. The obtained powder complex, the functional powder complex for cosmetic use, overcomes such problems as deterioration of transparency, rough skin feeling, rub-out property and reduction of UV-shielding efficiency.
