The structural features of Grapheneby Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) using Liquid Carbon Sources |
| 초록 |
Generally, it is well-known that graphene can be synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using hydrocarbon gases.In this studies, graphene could be manufactured usinga vaporized liquid corbon source instead of using hydrocarbon gases. Graphene was prepared with various condition such as gas flow rate, dwelling time and temperature. The structural feature of graphene was analyzed using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and Raman spectroscopy. The electrical characteristics was analyzed by sheet resistance measuring instrument. |
