제목 Selenophene Containing Copolymer Having an Enhanced Solubility and Open Circuit Voltage as a Donor Materials for Organic Photovoltaics.
초록 DA-type copolymers have a variety of advantages that it is easy to control polymer band gap and to invent new polymer materials through a combination between p-typeand n-type material, in addition, to enhance various functionalities by using spacer materials. In this study, we synthesized selenophene containing new DA-type copolymers based on dialkylfluorene and alkylcarbazole,PFSeQ and PCzSeQ. Selenophene was introduced in polymer back bone for increasing charge transporting property and π-conjugation length. Bulk heterojunction-type devices with PC61BM and PC71BM as acceptors were fabricated in order to investigate the photovoltaic properties. Devices using PFSeQ and PC71BM-blend films as active layers displayed a 3.5 % power conversion efficiency (PCE). This is highest value of PCE among selenophene containg copolymers for OPVs.
