제목 | Mechanical and electrical properties of epoxy composites reinforced by fluorinated carbon black |
초록 | Carbon black (CB) are treated by direct fluorination according to partial pressure of fluorine gas and added in epoxy resin to fabricate epoxy composites. The fluorinated CB/epoxy composites showed maximum 43% enhancement of the tensile strength as compared to that of neat epoxy and the impact strength was also improved. In addition, in overall range of the epoxy composites with fluorinated CB was greatly enhanced on EMI shielding efficiency than epoxy composites reinforced raw CB. As a result, improvement of mechanical properties and EMI shielding efficiency in epoxy composites attributed that fluorinated CB provides with well dispersion in epoxy resin and interfacial interaction between reinforcements and epoxy resin.
