Particle size of bimetallic Pt-Au catalysts and its activity for toluene oxidation: Influence of calcination temperatures |
초록 |
The bimetallic Pt-Au catalysts supported on ZnO/Al2O3 with different Pt/Au molar ratios and calcination temperature were prepared by impregnation (IMP), and characterized by different techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), CO chemisorption transmission and electron microscopy (TEM). Also, catalytic activity for complete oxidation of toluene was measured using a flow reactor under atmospheric pressure. The size of Pt and Au particles and catalytic activity were confirmed to be correlated to preparation method. |
