Gas premeation properties of carbon molecular sieve membranes derived from polyimide containing metal oxide) |
초록 |
Aromatic polyimide have attracted attention as a precursor of carbon molecular sieve membranes disclosing high permselectivity in gas separation. In this study, we synthesized poly(amic acid) containing dispersed metal oxide particles. The crosslinked poly(amic acid) were thermally imidized and finally carbonized at 600oC. To reveal the relationship between the CMS structure and the gas permeation properties, the membranes were characterized by various analysis methods. |
