제목 Highly efficient flexible inverted organic solar cells using solution processable, transparent/conductive silver nanowires electrode
초록 Solution processable silver nanowires (Ag NWs) are prepared as highly transparent and conductive electrodes for inverted organic solar cells (IOSCs). Ag NW electrodes were fabricated by simple spin-coating onto glass and flexible poly ether sulfone (PES) substrates at mild temperatures. The optical, morphological and electrical properties of Ag NWs electrodes were systematically investigated. IOSCs comprised of substrate/Ag NWs/ZnO/polymer:PC71BM/PEDOT:PSS/Ag were fabricated. The optimized conditions, IOSCs with glass and PES based on Poly[4,8-bis[(2-ethylhexyl)oxy]benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']dithiophene-2,6-diyl][3-fluoro-2-[(2-ethylhexyl)carbonyl]thieno[3,4-b]thiophenediyl] (PTB7-F20): (6,6)-phenyl-C71-butyric acid ester (PC71BM) show a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 6.47 % (Jsc = 16.33 mA/cm2, Voc = 0.688 V, FF = 57.51 %) and 6.04 % (Jsc = 15.44 mA/cm2, Voc = 0.653 V, FF = 59.12 %), respectively.
