제목 Effect of annealing condition on the efficiency of organic solar cell based on P3HT and PCBM blend
초록 Recently organic solar cell with bulk heterojunction structure attracted intention due to its’ low manufacturing cost and relatively high efficiency. In this paper organic solar cell based on P3HT (poly(3-hexylthiophene)) and PCBM (1-(3-methoxycarbonyl)-propyl-1-phenyl-(6,6) C61) blend was studied and the device structure is as follows. PEDOT:PSS layer of 40 nm thickness is spin-coated on patterned ITO glass substrate. P3HT and PCBM are dissolved in chlorobenzene and the solution is spin-coated to form the photoactive layer of 120 nm thickness. 100 nm Al layer is deposited on top of the organic layers by thermal evaporation and used as a top electrode. The efficiency was measured under AM1.5G condition with changes in annealing time and temperature. Optimum result is obtained at 110℃ and 20 minute condition.
